A note on liquidation goods
Much of our inventory comes from retailer returns, overstock, and liquidation programs. Items are described as accurately as possible, including their grade where applicable (for example, new, open-box, or customer-return). We recommend inspecting your items on delivery and contacting us promptly if anything does not match its description.
How to request a return

Please keep the item, its packaging, and any included accessories until your request has been reviewed.
Refunds
Where a return is accepted, refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and checked. Any return shipping arrangements will be confirmed with you when your request is reviewed.
